摘要
简明阐述了我国野生植物资源开发与利用的现状及途径 ,重点介绍了野生植物资源的食品加工利用、主要化学成分的提取 ,以及天然香料、色素、淀粉、油脂等成分的提取技术 。
In this paper the situation and channel wild plant resources in China are elaborated of exploiting and applying.It introduced processing and obtaining main chemicaling redient of wild plant resources,as well as getting technical ingredient on perfume,pigment,starch and oil etc.The author made a few suggestions to accelerate exploitation and use of wild plant resources of china.
