小花棘豆中毒对和田羊血液学指标的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Oxytropis glabra DC Poisoning on Blood Physiological Parameters in Hetian Sheep

摘要 将12只和田羊随机分为3组,即对照组、试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组。试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组每天分别按10g/kg和20g/kg的剂量饲喂小花棘豆干粉,饲喂至典型临床症状出现为止。攻毒前及攻毒后每隔7d采血1次,检测和田羊血液学指标的变化。结果显示,与正常对照相比,试验组和田羊血液中嗜酸性粒细胞百分比(EOS%)、嗜碱性粒细胞百分比(BASO%)、淋巴细胞百分比(LYM%)、红细胞数密度(RBC)、红细胞压积(HCT)、血红蛋白(HGB)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白质量(MCH)、血小板数密度(PLT)、血小板平均体积(MPV)和血小板压积(PCT)下降;白细胞数密度(WBC)、单核细胞百分比(MONO%)、嗜中性粒细胞百分比(NEU%)和红细胞分布宽度(RDW)升高,部分组间差异显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01);平均红细胞血红蛋白质量浓度(MCHC)和血小板平均分布宽度(PDW)与对照差异不显著(P>0.05)。中毒羊淋巴细胞出现空泡和蓝黑色颗粒,红细胞大小不均和异形改变。结果表明,小花棘豆中毒对和田羊血液学指标有显著影响,可引起羊贫血及机体免疫力下降。 12 Hetian sheep were randomly and equally divided into 3 groups (the control group and ex- perimental group I , 1I ), and two experimental groups were fed with Oxytropis glabra DC at 10 g/kg and 20 g/kg everyday respectively during the test period. The sheep consumed the forages freely until typical symptoms were observed. Before challenge test and at intervals of 7 days in this test, blood physiological parameters of each group were measured respectively. The results demonstrated that the contents of EOS%, BASO%, LYMG, RBC, HCT, HGB, MCV, MCH, PLT, MPV and PCT in experimental groups were lower than those in normal control group; the contents of WBC, MONO%, NEU% and RDW in experimental groups were higher than those in normal control group; with signif- icant differences between the experimental groups(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). The contents of MCHC and PDW were similar between experimental groups and normal control group (P〈0.05). In the poisonedsheep, the vacuolate and blue particles appeared in the plasma of lymphocytes, and the volume of erythrocyte appeared disfiguration. In conclusion,O. glabra DC poisoning has remarkable effects on blood physiological parameters of Hetian sheep, causing damages in anemia and immunity descent of Hetian sheep.
