辣椒疫霉菌在山西省土壤中的季节性变化 被引量:6

摘要 研究了山西省主要菜地中辣椒疫霉菌种群数量的季节性变化、垂直分布及在土壤中的残存。结果表明 ,辣椒疫霉菌种群数量的季节性变化与温度的关系最密切 ,夏、秋季菌量最多 ,最适温度为 2 5~ 2 8℃。辣椒疫霉菌主要分布在 0~ The seasonal variation, the vertical distribution, and the survival of phytophora capsici Leonian in main vegetable soil in Shanxi were studied. The results showed that the closest relationship existed between the group quantitative change of phytophora capsici Leonian and temperature. The quantity of the bacterium was the largest during summer and autumn, and the suitable temperature for the bacterium to grow was 25~28℃. Most part of the bacteria distributed in the depth of 0~10 cm soil.
