白细胞介素17和白细胞介素8在胃黏膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤中的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨胃黏膜相关淋巴组织(MALT)淋巴瘤中白细胞介素(IL)-17和IL-8的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测23例慢性胃炎,19例淋巴细胞性胃炎,17例胃MALT淋巴瘤,另外14例经幽门螺杆菌根除治疗胃MALT淋巴瘤组织中IL-17和IL-8的表达情况。在病变典型处用显微测微尺随机计数单位面积组织内的阳性细胞数,连续计数5个高倍视野(HP×400)。结果胃MALT淋巴瘤组IL-17和IL-8高于胃MALT淋巴瘤根治组,(16.2±3.3)IL-17cells/HP vs(12.8±2.5)IL-17cells/HP;(21.8±4.6)IL-8cells/HP vs(18.9±2.7)IL-8cells/HP(P<0.05)。淋巴细胞性胃炎组和胃MALT淋巴瘤组IL-17和IL-8高于慢性胃炎组,(14.7±3.6)IL-17cells/HP,(16.2±3.3)IL-17cells/HP vs(11.9±2.4)IL-17cells/HP;(21.0±4.7)IL-8cells/HP,(21.8±4.6)IL-8cells/HP vs(14.4±4.6)IL-8cells/HP(P<0.05)。各组中IL-17和IL-8的阳性表达细胞数均呈正相关性。结论IL-17和IL-8在淋巴细胞性胃炎和胃MALT淋巴瘤组中表达水平增加,可能在胃MALT淋巴瘤的发生、发展中发挥作用。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of interleukin（IL）-17 and 11.-8 in low-grade gastricmucosa-associated lymphoid tissue （MALT） lymphoma. Methods The expression of IL-17 and IL-8 in 23 chronic gastritis, 19 lymphocytic gastritis, 17 gastric MALT lymphoma and 14 gastric MALT lymphoma after ,eradication of Helicobacter,pylori were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results The expression of IL-17 was in chronic gastritis （ 11.9 ± 2.4） /HP vs lymphocytic gastritis （ 14.7 ± 3.6 ） /HP vs gastric MALT lymphoma （ 16.2 ± 3.3）/HP vs the treatment group of gastric MALT lymphoma （12.8±2.5）/HP. The expression 0f IL-8 was in chronic gastritis （14.4±4.6）/HP vs lymphocytic gastritis （21.0±4.7）/HP vs gastric MALT lymphoma（21.8±4.6）/HP vs the treatment group of gastric MALT lymphoma（18.9 ± 2.7）/HP. The levels of IL-17 and IL-8 expression were obviously down-regulated in lymphocytic gastritis and gastric MALT lymphoma group, comparing with those of chronic gastritis group （ P 〈0.05）. The levels of IL-17 and IL-8 expression were obviously down-regulated in gastric MALT lymphoma after eradication of HP,comparing with those of gastric MALT lymphoma （ P 〈0.05）. The expression of IL-17 was positively correlated with that of IL-8 in gastric MALT lymphoma （ r =0. 681, P 〈0.01）. Conclusion IL- 17 and IL-8 may play certain roles in the development of gastric MALT lymphoma.
