摘要
以热浸镀方法制备了渗铝钢 .通过静态腐蚀失重实验 ,极化曲线测量 ,交流阻抗图谱测试以及电子探针微观分析对渗铝钢在H2 S NaCl H2 O体系中的腐蚀行为进行了研究 ,并对腐蚀机理进行了一些探索 .实验结果表明 :由于表面氧化膜 ,富铝层和中间合金化层的存在 ,使得渗铝钢在H2 S NaCl H2 O体系中的平均腐蚀速率比碳钢低两到三个数量级 ;体系中存在的Cl-对渗铝钢表面氧化膜有破坏作用 ,易诱发点蚀 .在渗铝钢合金化层中越远离碳钢基体的中间相铝含量越高 ,对H2
By static weight loss tests, the measurements of polarization curve and AC impedance graph as well as electron probe micro analysis, the corrosion behaviors and mechanism of hot dipping aluminum steel in H 2S NaCl H 2O ( w (NaCl)=3?%) media are studied. The results show that due to the existence of compact oxidation film, aluminum rich layer and Al Fe alloy layer, the corrosion velocities of hot dipping aluminum steel lower two to three orders of magnitude than carbon steel in H 2S NaCl H 2O media. Clˉcan destroy the oxidation film and result in pitting corrosion. In Al Fe alloy layer, the mesophase with higher aluminum content had better corrosion resistance to H 2S.
