摘要
目的对坐位肌肉注射中的注意要点进行临床分析研究。方法选取2010年6月至2012年8月来我院接受肌肉注射的患者487例,对照组240例患者采用常规肌肉注射方式进行注射,观察组247例患者在常规肌肉注射方式基础上,采用针对性方法进行肌肉注射,分别以两组患者的治疗满意度及并发症的发生率作为临床观察指标。结果观察组患者的治疗满意度明显高于对照组患者,P<0.01;观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组患者,P<0.01。结论对坐位肌肉注射要点进行临床分析,并开展针对性的肌肉注射,可有效减低患者并发症的发生率,提高患者的治疗满意度。
Objective To seat muscle injection points of attention in the analysis of clinical research. Methods Selection in June 2010 to August 2010 to our hospital in patients with muscle injection of 487 cases, control group 240 cases were treated by routine intramuscular injection in the form of observation group 247 patients on the basis of routine intramuscular way, USES the method targeted muscle injecting, respectively treated with two groups of patients satisfaction and the incidence of complications as indicators of clinical observation. Results The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, P〈0.01.The incidence of complications of the observation group was significantly Ioewer than the control group, P〈0.01.Conclusion Analyzing the points of seat intramuscular injection and doing the targeted injection can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and increase the treatment satisfaction.
