摘要
结合兰州中川机场二期扩建航站楼工程,对寒旱地区气候干燥、蒸发量大、风速大、温差大等特殊自然气候条件下的大体积超长混凝土结构分析裂缝产生的主要因素,从混凝土原材料选择、配合比设计、混凝土浇筑、养护、围护、拆模等方面采取了有效的裂缝控制措施。施工结果表明,该措施取得了良好的效果。
Based on the construction of the terminal buildings of Lanzhou Zhongchuan Airport II extension project, the detailed analysis of factors inducing cracks of massive super-long concrete structure under extreme conditions of climate in cold and arid regions, such as dry climate, large evaporation, high wind speed for forming mechanism of cracks, was made. And the measures taken to control the cracks by selection of raw material, mixing proportion design, placing and curing, enclosure, removing the formwork of massive and super-long concrete were put forward. Construction results indicate that the adopted measures can control concrete cracks effectively.
