摘要
试验研究了枝条节位、介质及生长调节剂对切花菊插技生根的影响 .结果表明 ,梢段的生根能力高于基段 ,但生根率差异不明显 ;较优的扦插介质是河沙 :腐叶土 :园土 =2 :2 :1的混合介质 ;生根类生长调节剂处理可促进插枝生根 ,其中以 IBA或 IBA+
The effects of media and growth regulators on rooting of different stem segments in Dendranthema morifolium are studied.The results show that:(1)The top segment is better than the base section in rooting,but there is no significant difference between them;(2)The suitable medium to cuttage is 2/5 sand+2/5 humus soil+1/5 cultivated soil;(3)The adventitious root formation is promoted by growth regulators,and 500mg/L IBA and 250mg/L IBA+250mg/L NAA are the best.
