摘要
运用正交设计及联合毒性的相关设计和检验方法 ,研究了盐度和碱度对大银鱼存活的影响 .盐度对大银鱼的 2 4h ,48h的半致死浓度LC5 0分别为 1 6 .0 ,1 3.9‰ ,碱度对大银鱼的2 4h ,48h的LC5 0分别为 46 .0 ,31 .3mN ;盐度和碱度的交互作用 (联合毒性 ) ,方差检验表现为差异显著 ,为协同作用 ;Marking相加指数AI为 0 .75 ( >0 ) ,也表现为协同作用 .
The joint toxicity of salinity and alkalinity to icefish was studied by using orthogonal design. The LC 50 of salinity to icefish were 16.0‰ and 13.9‰ in 24h and 48h. The LC 50 of alkalinity to icefish were 46.0mN and 31.3mN in 24h and 48h. According to the orthogonal design test and the addictive index method of Marking, both the results showed synergism action.
