中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效观察与护理 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨中西医治疗与单纯西医治疗重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）患者疗效的对比分析。并总结护理经验。方法将我科2012年1月～12月收治38例SAP患者分为治疗组26例和对照组12例。治疗组采用中西医结合方法。对照组采用单纯西医治疗方法。并观察其疗效及护理效果。结果两组住院时间、胃肠道通气时间、镇痛药物使用次数比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗SAP较单纯西医治疗疗效好，综合中西医的理念来制定护理方案，可以获得满意的治疗效果。
