摘要
对抗鸡新城疫 ND、大肠杆菌病 AC、副伤寒 PA三联血清抗体和抗鸡新城疫高免卵黄抗体进行了提纯工艺研究。提纯血清抗体效价新城疫 HI≥ 1 2 log2 ,大肠杆菌凝集素凝集价达 1 :1 0 2 4,沙门氏菌凝集素凝集价为 1 :5 1 2。提纯抗体通过了无菌检验 ,安全检验和鸡体中和试验 ,临床初步用于治疗非典型性鸡新城疫 ,发病初期治愈率为 88%。
The technology for purifying triple serum antibody and yolk antibody against Newcastle disease, colibacillosis and paretyphus avium in chicken has been established.The titer of the purified triple serum antibody for Newcastle disease is HI 12 log2,and the agglutination titers of coli\|agglutinin and salmonella agglutinin are 1:1024 and 1:512 respectively.The purified antibody has passed the sterility test,safety examination and neutralization test in chicken body, and was preliminarily used in the treatment of a typical Newcastle disease,in the early stage.The cure rate is 88%.
