摘要
将某水泥粉磨站的Φ3.0 m×9 m球磨机闭路水泥粉磨系统改造为HFCG140-80辊压机+HFV2000静态气流分级机+DSM2000(Ⅱ)下进风式专用动态高效选粉机的单闭路联合水泥挤压粉磨系统,系统产量由40 t/h增加到83 t/h,增产107%,水泥粉磨平均电耗由36.5 kW·h/t降至29 kW·h/t,节电幅度为20.5%,取得了显著的效果。
When the closed -circuit cement grinding system of the Φ 3 m × 9 m ball grinding mill is transformed into HFCG140 -80 roller press + HFV2000 static air classifier + DSM2000 ( II ) single cable joint cement squeezing grinding system with into -the -wind special dynamic efficient classifier, the production of this system increases from 40 t/h to 83 t/h,and the production increase rate is 107%. The average current drain decreases from 36.5 kW ·h/t to 29 kW · h/t, and the power saving rate is 20.5 %. The project achieves significant results.
