摘要
试图揭示普利高津关于自然法则的新表述的重要科学和哲学意义，认为普利高津以基于对自然的概率描述来包含时间之矢，给出宇宙演化特性的描述的论证，是建构科学的“演化实在论”的重要尝试，其中，以时间之矢取代“原子”的地位，以概率取代确定性，深刻改变了科学关于实在的观念。同时，这一科学的新表述代表了科学发展的新的精神和趋向，即从理想化的抽象世界回到现实世界，从简单的机械与物质回归到生命和人性。
The author tried to set forth the important significance of Prigogine's new description about natural law in science and philosophy, and considered that the proof of probability description including the arrow of time to descript the natural evolution is the important try to construct the 'evolutional realism'. The new description changes the scientific idea of reality deeply with replacing the 'atom' by the arrow of time, the certainty by the probability, and represents the new scientific spirit and developmental tendency, that is back to real world from abstract world, back to life and humanity from simple machine and material.
