摘要
绿色食品产业国际竞争能力是基于区域要素的比较优势的集成,绿色食品产业的国际竞争力大多来自于有利的资源环境、相关与支持性产业、产业组织结构和产业政策导向等因素。本文在对现有研究文献系统分析基础上,构建了绿色食品产业国际竞争力评价指标体系,并通过建立模糊综合评价模型,利用产业经济学等相关理论,结合黑龙江省绿色食品生产条件、自然资源、产业需求等情况对黑龙江省绿色食品产业国际竞争力及其主要影响因素的现状进行了综合评价。在此基础上,提出绿色食品产业提升国际竞争力的路径与方向。
Integrated comparative advantage of green food industry international competition ability comes from the regional elements, the international competitiveness of the green food industry mostly coming from a favorable environment for resources, related and supporting industries, industrial organizational structure and industrial policy - oriented factors. Based on the system analysis of existing research literature, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of international competitiveness of green food industry, establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, uses industry economics theory, unifies the Heilongjiang province green food production conditions, natural resources, industrial demand conditions for the comprehensive evaluation of factors of international competitiveness and its influence on Heilongjiang Province, and puts forward the path and direction to improve the international competitiveness of green food industry.
