摘要 目的观察牛蒡子苷元(ARC-G)对高糖刺激大鼠系膜细胞(GMCs)转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)表达的影响。方法用葡萄糖(30 mmol/L)刺激大鼠GMCs,经ARC-G(30μmol/L、3μmol/L)培养48 h后,采用实时定量PCR方法检测TGF-β1 mRNA的表达。结果葡萄糖刺激可使GMCs TGF-β1 mRNA的表达增加;经ARC-G处理后,TGF-β1 mRNA的表达下降。结论 ARC-G可以通过抑制GMCs TGF-β1的表达,对损伤的GMCs起保护作用。 Objective: To investigate the effects of arctigenin on transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) expression by high glucose stimulated rat glomerular mesangial cells. Methods: GMCs were incubated with arctigenin (30 μmol/L, 3 μmol/L) for 48 hours, and the expression of TGF-β1 mRNA was measured by real-time PCR method. Results:Arctigenin decreased the expression of TGF-β1 expression by high glucose stimulated rat glomerular mesangial cells. Conclusion: The arctigenin can protect GMCs by reducing the production of TGF-β1.
