摘要
数控维修实训台是培养数控维修人才重要的实训设备。数控维修实训设备的结构、性能及适应性对学生能力的培养有直接的影响。结合市场,根据学生的特点,详细叙述了基于FANUC 0i Mate-TD数控系统数控维修实训台设计的思路、方法及实现的过程,为研制同类型数控系统的实训实验台提供了依据。
The Experimental platform uesd for CNC maintenance play an important role in talent training. The structure of the equipment, performance and adaptability affects the students' ability training. This article is based on the need of teaching, combining with the market,according to the characteristics of the students,detailed describes the thought,method and implementation process of the experimental platform uesd for CNC maintenance based on FANUC 0i Mate-TD. It provides the basis for research and practice of the same kind of numerical control system experimental platform.
