摘要 运用弹塑性理论,分析了双金属复合管高压液胀成形过程各阶段的特点,确定出液胀成形力的最大、最小值计算公式;通过有限元数值模拟分析,验证理论计算的正确性,并模拟分析液胀成形力过大后内衬管的局部起皱现象。理论分析及模拟结果可为双金属复合管液胀成形的工业化应用奠定良好的基础。 With the elastic-plastic theory, the characteristics in all stages during the forming process of the double metal clad pipe are analyzed and the calculation formulas of the maximum and minimum hydraulic expansion forming forces are determined. Through the finite element numerical simulation analysis, the correctness of the theo-retic calculation is verified and the local corrugation of the inner lining pipe, occurred when hydraulic expansion forming force is too large, is also analyzed by simulation. Both the theoretic analysis and simulation result can lay a good foundation for the industrialized application of the hydraulic expansion forming of the double metal clad pipe.
