萤石与重晶石浮选分离药剂的研究现状 被引量:8

摘要 现代工业生产中,对萤石和重晶石矿产都有着极大的需求量,同时,萤石与重晶石都是我国的传统优势矿种。萤石和重晶石常伴生,当细粒伴生时,重选工艺难以有效分离,常用浮选工艺进行分离。在常规浮选工艺中,因为可浮性接近,二者分离往往十分困难。因此,国内外对萤石与重晶石分离的浮选药剂都有大量研究,也获得了许多研究成果。本文主要综述了萤石与重晶石分离所用的捕收剂和抑制剂的种类、特点及应用现状。提出了一些见解和未来研究方向的建议,期望对国内外同行有所裨益。 In the production of modern industry,it has a great demand of fluorite and barite mineral.The fluorite and barite mineral resources are both traditional advantages of minerals in China.But fluorite and barite are often associated,when them are fine grained associated,it's very difficult to separation of fluorite and barite by gravity concentration,and often used foam flotation,but in conventional flotation processing,it's very difficult to separation of fluorite and barite on account of theirs floatabilitys are approachability.Therefore,both in China and abroad,there have a great quantity of studies about flotation reagents for separation between fluorite and barite,also have many research findings.The article proceed from flotation reagents for separation of fluorite and barite,reviewed features and application of collectors and depressants in recent years.Finally we give some opinions and suggestion of future research directions,and wish the article would be beneficial to craft brothers at home and abroad.
