摘要
对11.9mm厚L360MB钢板在-60-20℃进行了三种不同宽度试样的冲击试验,研究了标准尺寸试样的冲击功与小尺寸试样的冲击功之间的关系。结果表明:试样尺寸与韧脆转变温度的关系以及小尺寸试样在其韧脆转变温度下的性能表现均比标准尺寸试样更为稳定;并尝试在韧脆转变温度下对小尺寸试样增加适当厚度的垫片,测试其冲击功的变化,结果表明是否增加垫片对实际冲击试验结果影响不大。
Charpy impact tests were done to three sizes of specimens cutting from L360MB steel sheet with thickness of 11.9 mm at different temperatures ranging from -60 ℃ to 20 ℃, to study the correlation between the impact energy of standard sized specimens and sub-sized specimens. The results show that the relationship between the specimen size and the ductile brittle transition temperature and performance of the sub-sized specimens at ductile brittle transition temperature were both more stable compared with the standard sized specimens. The change of the impact energy of sub-sized specimens at its ductile brittle transition temperalure when the shim with proper thickness had been added was also studied. It was found that adding the shim or not had less effect on the impact test results.
