摘要 通过现场观测,分析了陈家沟煤矿1205综放面成套设备与开采条件及采煤工艺的适应性,得出影响生产的主要因素是外围运输系统,在今后的生产中要加强对前、后输送机等设备的检查与维护;煤仓有效率0.3956,是制约生产系统的主要因素;运输系统有效度偏低,必须提高运输系统的有效性,尤其需要增大煤仓和仓后运输系统的运输能力。 By field observation, the adaptability on the complete set of equipment, mining condition, and mining technique on No.1205 fully-mechanical mining face in Chenjiagou Mine was analyzed. The results showed that the main factor that impaired the production was the peripheral transportation system. It is necessary to strengthen the check and maintenance work of the front and the rear conveyors. In addition, the effective rate of coal bunker was 0.3956, which was one main factor restricting the production. The transportation effective rate was low too. Therefore, it is essential to increase the effectiveness of transportation system, especially the bunker storage and the transportation power.
