摘要
利用全生命周期成本LCC理论对地下变电站的各环节——前期设计建设成本、投资成本,中期运行维护成本以及可靠性成本,末期的残值回收成本等——进行分析,并结合上海世博地下变电站算例进行建模计算,以指导地下变电站的投资建设与运营,具有工程实用性。
This paper applies the theory of life cycle cost(LCC) to analyze all the costs of underground substation, inluding the design and construction cost and investing cost in the early stage, the operation and maintenance costs and reliability cost in the medium stage, and residuals recycling cost in the final stage. Then combined with the calculation example of Shanghai World Expo underground substation, the calculation model is constructed to guide the investment, construction and operation of underground substation, proved practical in engineering.
