摘要
为研究植物生长调节物质复硝酚钠对小球藻生长及光合色素含量的影响,在小球藻培养液中添加浓度为0、5、10、20、40、80 mg/L的复硝酚钠,培养1周后,测定小球藻现存量及叶绿素a、b和类胡萝卜素含量.结果表明,试验组和对照组比较,5~80 mg/L的复硝酚钠能够显著促进小球藻的生长(P<0.05),其中40 mg/L的复硝酚钠对小球藻生长的促进作用最佳,增加了4.692倍.5~80 mg/L的复硝酚钠能显著促进叶绿素a、b和类胡萝卜素的含量(P<0.05),其中80 mg/L的复硝酚钠对小球藻生长的促进作用最高,分别增加了2.612倍、14.747倍和2.041倍.
The objective of the study was to investigate the effects of compound sodium nitrophenolate on the growth and synthetic pigment of Chlorella vulgaris. To add the compound sodium nitrophenolate of 0,5,10,20,40,80 mg/L in Chlorella medium. After a week, the growth rate and the content of chlorophyll and carotenoid from Chlorella vulgaris were investigated. The results showed that the compound sodium nitrophenolate of 5-80mg/L could promote the growth of Chlorella vulgaris obviously (P〈0.05), and 40 mg/L was the best and 4.692 times to the control. The compound sodium nitrophenolate of 5-80 mg/L could promote the contents of chla, chlb and carotenoid from Chlorella vulgaris obviously (P 〈0.05 ) , and 80 mg/L was the best and 2.612,14.747 and 2.041 times to the control respectively.
