摘要
本文从轨道交通和都市发展的关系入手，总结了一百多年来交通诱导城市结构变迁的过程以及当今世界轨道交通发展中的经验和规律，对我国的轨道交通建设提出了一些建议。
Considering the relation between rail traffic system and urban development, the author reviews the influence of traffic on the formation of urban structure ever since the beginning of 20th century. This paper also concludes the experience and principles of rail traffic development in the world, thus putting forward several proposals to the rail traffic construction in China.
