摘要
为把学生培养成优秀创新型研究人才，学校采用选拔的方式将优秀的学生编排在一个班（实验班）进行集中重点培养。三年来在学校和学院老师的共同建设下，我们总结了一些经验，与大家共同分享。
In order to focus on training excellent and innovated research persons with ability, the good students were arranged in a class to emphasize cultivation by the school＇s choosing. By our university and college＇s sustaining efforts for 3 years, we would like to share some experiences with you.
