摘要
对迈克尔逊干涉仪使用过程中出现的异常干涉图样 :椭圆变形 ,干涉圆环的“冒出”或“缩进”与预期相反等现象进行了分析 ,并提出相应的处理办法。
The abnormal interference phenomena in the operation of Michelson interferometer, such as deformation of ellipse and contrary results of “emergence” or “entrance” of the interference circles were analyzed. The treatment methods were also presented.
