摘要
基础研究是发展科学技术的基础 ,而国家重点实验室是我国基础研究的重要基地 ,本文从几个方面对国家重点实验室在知识创新的作用与地位进行了初步阐述。
The basic science research is the foundation of science & technology development and national key laboratory is an important base of the basic science research. This ppaer analysed the status and application of National Key Laboratory in the Science & Technology Innovation from some aspects.
