Experimental study on residual stress in 960MPa high strength steel welded box sections and unified model

摘要 为研究960MPa高强钢焊接箱形截面的残余应力,采用分割法对3个不同截面尺寸试件进行了试验研究,分析了板件宽厚比对残余应力的影响以及截面板件残余应力的自平衡性;通过总结国内外针对其他不同强度钢材焊接箱形截面残余应力的大量试验数据,研究钢材强度对残余应力分布规律的影响。研究结果表明:板件中部残余压应力大小与截面尺寸直接相关,与钢材强度等级无明显关系;焊缝附近残余拉应力与截面尺寸无直接关系,并随钢材强度提高而增大,但对于高强度钢材截面残余拉应力低于钢材强度;焊接箱形截面四块板件的残余应力分别能够满足自平衡条件。提出了适用于不同等级高强钢焊接箱形截面残余应力的统一分布模型和计算式,为高强度钢材钢结构的研究提供了基础条件。 The residual stresses of 3 specimens were measured by the sectioning method to investigate the residual stress distribution in 960MPa high strength steel welded box sections. The effects of the plate width-thickness ratio and interaction among component plates are clarified. Existing experimental results of welded box sections fabricated from steels with various grades are reviewed to study the effect of the steel strength. It indicates that the compressive residual stress correlates with the sectional dimension but not with the steel grade. The tensile residual stress is not directly related to the geometry and increases with the steel strength. However, it is less than the material strength for high strength steel sections. The residual stress equilibrium within each component plate is satisfied. Finally, a unified model and calculation formulae applicable to predict the residual stress within welded box sections with various grades of steels are established, which may provide valuable information for further research of high strength steel structures.
