血清TPS检测对诊断乳腺癌术后血行转移的意义

摘要 乳腺癌是严重威胁女性健康的恶性肿瘤之一,乳腺癌治疗失败多因为血行转移[1].临床上积极监测乳腺癌病情变化,及早预测和发现乳腺癌根治术后血行转移,有助于改善患者转归及预后.组织多肽特异性抗原（tissue polypeptide specific antigen,TPS）是细胞角蛋白18片段在转移性上皮性肿瘤患者体内的过度表达,多存在于患者血清中.检测血清TPS水平变化可了解肿瘤生长动态[2].笔者对我院以血清TPS检测乳腺癌根治术后血行转移的临床效果进行总结,现报道如下.
