缬沙坦分散片联合美托洛尔治疗原发性高血压合并冠心病30例疗效分析 被引量：17

摘要 目的探讨缬沙坦分散片联合美托洛尔治疗原发性高血压合并冠心病的应用价值。方法 60例原发性原发性高血压合并冠心病患者根据不同治疗方式分为对照组(口服硝苯地平缓释片)和试验组(美托洛尔+缬沙坦分散片联合治疗),治疗1个疗程后比较2组疗效。结果试验组降压治疗有效率96.7%明显高于对照组70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者血压下降幅度较对照组更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者心绞痛症状改善效果明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦分散片联合美托洛尔治疗原发性高血压合并冠心病降压效果显著,有助于患者心绞痛症状的改善,值得临床推广应用。
