摘要
目的:考察同步放化疗联合玉屏风对Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌毒性反应、生存质量表、卡劳夫斯基(Karnofasky)体力状况评分的影响。方法:69例肺癌患者随机分为对照组32例,玉屏风综合治疗组37例。结果:对照组完全缓解(CR)1例、部分缓解(PR)20例、稳定(SD)5例和进展(PD)6例,有效率为65.6%;玉屏风综合治疗组CR 3例、PR 26例、SD 5例和PD 3例,有效率为78.4%,2个组别的疗效无显著差异(P>0.05);与对照组比较,玉屏风综合治疗组的1-2级消化道反应、1-2级骨髓抑制反应和放射性肺炎等毒性反应的发生率均有显著降低(P<0.05);2个组别治疗前的生存质量评分无显著差异(P>0.05),与治疗前比,2个组别的生存质量评分显著增高(P<0.05),与对照组比较,玉屏风综合治疗组的生存质量评分增高更明显(P<0.05);2个组别治疗前的Karnofsky体力评分无显著差异(P>0.05),与治疗前比较,对照组的Karnofsky体力评分显著降低(P<0.05),玉屏风综合治疗组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌同步放化疗时配合玉屏风治疗可显著降低抗癌治疗的毒性反应,在提高生存质量,改善体力下降等方面均有作用,具有提高化疗药物疗效的作用。
Objective： To investigate the effect of Yupingfeng particle combined with Chemoradiotherapy on the toxic reaction,life quality scale and Karnofasky physical strength score of phase Ⅲ non-small cell lung cancer patients.Methods： 69 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups： 32 cases in control group and 37 cases in treatment group.Results： 1 cases complete response（CR）,20 cases partial response（PR）,5 cases stable disease（SD） and 6 cases progressive disease（PD） were found in control group,the effective rate was of 65.6%.3 cases CR,26 cases PR,5 cases SD and 3 cases PD were found in treatment group,the effective rate was 78.4%.There was no significant difference compared the effect of 2 groups（P 0.05）.Compared with control,grade 1-2 gastrointestinal reactions,1 2 bone marrow suppression and radiation pneumonitis toxicity were significantly lower in treatment group（P 0.05）.Before treatment,life quality in 2 groups was no significant difference（P 0.05）.Compared with Pro-treatment,life quality scores of 2 groups were significantly higher（P 0.05）.Compared with control,life quality score in the treatment group were increased significantly（P 0.05）.Before treatment,Karnofsky performance score in 2 groups was no significant difference（P 0.05）.Compared with pro-treatment,Karnofsky performance score of the control was significantly reduced（P 0.05）,Karnofsky in treatment group did not change after treatment（P 0.05）.Conclusion： Yupingfeng particle combined with Chemoradiotherapy can significantly reduce the toxicity of anticancer therapy and improve the life quality.To some extent,Yupingfeng can improve the chemoradiotherapy efficacy.
