放射治疗新技术对局部晚期宫颈癌治疗的影响 被引量：10

摘要 宫颈癌是常见的女性恶性肿瘤，其死亡率在发展中国家女性肿瘤中居第2位。宫颈癌以鳞癌常见，以局部侵犯和区域淋巴结转移为主。传统意义上的局部晚期宫颈癌包括国际妇产科联盟（InternationalFed—erationofGynecologyandObstetrics，FIGO）分期ⅡB及以上的病变，包括ⅡB、ⅢA、ⅢB、ⅣA期。由于宫颈癌病灶大小是影响预后的主要因素，近年来，有专家建议将IB2和ⅡA2也归于局部晚期中。
