孕前肥胖对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇妊娠结局及新生儿的影响 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨孕前肥胖对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者母体及新生儿的影响。方法将98名GDM孕妇据孕前体质量指数(BMI)分为肥胖组53名和正常组45名。于产检时记录孕妇身高、体质量,计算BMI,观察2组GDM孕妇一般资料、分娩前并发症、分娩方式及新生儿情况。结果肥胖组孕妇年龄、体质量及空腹血糖水平高于正常组,妊娠期高血压及剖宫产发生率高于正常组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);肥胖组新生儿体质量高于正常组,巨大儿及高胆红素血症发生率高于正常组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论孕前肥胖对GDM孕妇母体及新生儿的结局有明显影响,临床医师应为肥胖的育龄妇女提供更全面的产前咨询与筛查,加强健康教育,以减少妊娠期并发症的发生。
