胶囊内镜滞留小肠1例

摘要 胶囊内镜（capsule endoscopy，CE）对诊断小肠疾病及不明原因的消化道出血起着重要作用，目前已成为小肠疾病初步筛查的首选，其主要并发症是胶囊滞留。2012年本院消化内科用胶囊内镜检查时发生小肠内滞留1例，后经手术取出。
