摘要
针对进给系统动态特性分析中存在的操作繁琐和复杂性问题,基于ANSYS二次开发技术,开发了进给系统动态特性分析系统。提出了C#对ANSYS封装调用方法,利用友好的人机交互界面,实现参数输入,调用ANSYS计算矩阵,完成进给系统动态特性分析。最后以某型号机床进给系统为例验证了系统的可行性。
Aiming at the complex of feed system~ dynamic characteristics and good openness of ANSYS, it realizes dynamic characteristics analysis of feed system based on the technology of ANSYS secondary development. It proposes a kind of resolution of APDL, achieves the parameter input and calling the matrix program of ANSYS with the friendly and flexible man -machine conversation interface. At last, it takes a CNC machine tool feeding system as case to verify the software is feasible.
