摘要
随着周源山煤矿开采深度不断加深,井下热害问题越来越严重,严重影响井下工人的人身安全与高效开采,由于传统的非人工降温方式的局限性,机械空调制冷降温已经逐步发展起来。目前我国常用的矿井降温系统包括地面集中空调式降温系统、冰冷却降温系统及矿井涌水为冷源的HEMS降温系统。针对周源山煤矿的实际情况,分析了三种降温系统的实用性与合理性,并对HEMS井下降温系统选择、设备选型及安装工艺进行了介绍,重点从井下冷负荷计算和系统设计进行了详细的说明,为深井降温设计提供了有益的思路。
With the deepening of ZhouYuanShan mine mining depth, the underground heat disaster is getting worse, and seriously affect underground workers health and safe, also high efficiency production. Because of limitations of temperature drop range of non-artificial refrigeration, fir-conditioning technology becomes more and more popular. Now, ground of mine cooling system centralized air-conditioned cooling system, ice-cooled cooling the system and mine inflow cold source HEMS cooling system are the main means system of our country. This paper aims at the situation of the Zhouyuanshan mine, analysis of the practicality and rationality of the three cooling systems, and introduces the design process and installation process of the ZhouYuanShan mine underground cooling system, and detailed explain the underground cooling load calculation and system design, provide beneficial ideas for the deep cooling.
