摘要
天然气 /柴油双燃料发动机的排放性能受各种因素影响和制约 ,在引燃油的供油提前角变化对发动机排放性能影响的基础上 ,进行天然气替代柴油率对双燃料发动机排放性能的影响试验研究。结果表明 ,在相同条件下和适当的天然气对柴油替代率范围内 ,随天然气替代柴油率的变化 ,发动机排放物中 THC最大相差为 45% ;CO相差为 40 % ;NOx 相差 67%。根据发动机的排放性能和发动机的动力性、经济性及机械性能综合考虑得出了在试验机型 (国产 6缸柴油机 )上天然气替代柴油率的较佳范围。
The emision performance of a CNG/diesel dual fuel engine is determined by many factors.Experimental studies were made on how the substitution rate (rate of CNG substitutes for diesel) influenced engine's emission performance besides different injection timings of iginition oil.The research shows that the maximum deviation of THC,CO and NO_x is 45 per、40 per and 67 per when the substitution rate changes and we got a good range of the substitution rate after considering the emission performance,dynamic efficiency,fuel economy and mechanical efficiency of the engine (China-made 6-cylinder diesel engine).
