老年甲状腺癌的临床诊断与手术治疗分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨老年人甲状腺癌的临床特点、手术治疗方式以及预后情况。方法对本院2000年3月至2006年4月收治的126例老年甲状腺患者临床治疗进行回顾性分析。结果老年甲状腺癌发病率占同期甲状腺癌的19．4％，女性多于男性，患者病程普遍较长，病理以乳头状癌为主，占66．7％，患者经手术治疗后，43例出现复发和转移，1～5年死亡25例，累积生存率为77．88％。结论老年人甲状腺癌恶性程度高、预后差，应引起重视，及时采取诊断和治疗。
