摘要
目的调查我院产科2012年二类切口—子宫下段剖宫产术的抗菌药物使用情况,评价其合理性,促进我院产科抗菌药物使用更合理。方法随机抽取我院2012年1月-2012年12月二类切口—子宫下段剖宫产病例67份,进行统计与分析。结果预防用抗菌药物使用率100%,合理使用抗菌药物率为58.21%,不合理使用率为41.79%,用药疗程不合理率39.29%,溶媒体积不合理率32.14%,药物选择不合理率7.14%,用药频次不合理率3.57%,用药时机不合理率3.57%。结论我院产科的二类切口手术—剖宫产预防用抗菌药物存在不合理现象,应临床药师加强围手术期预防用抗菌药物使用培训,保证合理使用。
Objective Investigation of our hospital in 2012 two incision - lower uterine cesarean section of the usage of antibacterial drugs, to evaluate its rationality, promote our hospital is more reasonable to use antibacterial drugs. Method Randomly selected in our hospital fi＇om 2012 January to 2012 December, two incision of lower uterine cesarean section 67 cases, statistics and analysis. Result The preventive use of antimicrobial drug use was 100% ,the rational use of antimicrobial agents was 58.21%, the unreasonable utilization rate was 41.79%, the course of treatment was not reasonable rate 39.29%, solvent volume is not reasonable rate 32.14%, drug selection unreasonable rate 7.14%, the use frequency of unreasonable rate 3.57%, timeliness, unreasonable rate 3.57%.Conclusion Two types of cesarean section incision operation-the preventive use of antibacterials unreasonable phenomenon in our hospital obstetrics clinical pharmacists, should be strengthened during the operation period of the preventive use of Antibacterials in training, to ensure rational use.
