摘要
目的评价宫腔镜对绝经后子宫出血(PMB)诊治价值。方法对我院2007年1月至2012年1月收治的121例绝经后子宫出血患者行宫腔镜检查。结果萎缩性子宫内膜48例,子宫内膜息肉35例,子宫内膜炎12例,子宫内膜癌10例,子宫黏膜下肌瘤8例,宫内节育器5例,子宫内膜不典型增生3例。结论宫腔镜对绝经后子宫出血的诊断具有较高的应用价值。
Objeetive To evaluate the diagnostic value of hysteroscopy in women with postmenopausal uterine bleeding（PUB）. Methods A total of 121 patients with PUB were carried hysteroscopy treatment in January 2007 - January 2012. Results 48（39.6%） patients of atrophic endometrium and 35（28.9%） patients of endometrium polyp were found. And there were 12 endometritis, 10 endometrial carcinoma, 8 submucous myoma, 5 intrauterine contraceptive device and 3 atypical hyperplasia of endometrium. Conclusions Hysteroscopy in women with postmenopausal uterine bleeding（PUB） is highly valuable method.
