摘要
急危重症患者的抢救过程是分秒必争,而在转运途中由于多种原因可能发生各类风险事件,本文介绍了我院急危重症患者入院后在转运过程中如何成功降低转运风险的护理体会。主要内容包括:完善风险评估;及时通知各相关科室,确保他们获知病情并提前做好准备工作,力争密切配合缩短转运途中的时间以降低转运风险;加强护理人员急救知识及应急处理能力的培训;保证各种仪器设备性能良好,保障急救药品的品种齐全;密切观察患者的病情变化,及时处理各种意外情况;做好转运途中记录;认真填写我院自行设计的转运交接单,严格执行急危重症患转运交接的操作流程。
The rescue process of critical illness patients is to seize every minute and second, however, in transport process, because of various reasons, leading to all kinds of risk events possibly. This paper is aiming to introduces the nursing experiences that how to reduce nursing risk in the transfer process when the acute and critically ill patients admitted in our hospital during the transfer process. The main contents include： improving risk assessment, informing the related department in time, making sure them know the condition and prepared in advance. To shorten the transit time by close cooperation for reducing the risk of the process in maximum degree, strengthening the training of the knowledge of first aid and emergency handling ability of nursing staff, ensuring good performance of various instruments and equipment to guarantee emergency medicine complete varieties, closely observing the patient＇s condition changes, timely tackling all kinds of unexpected accidents, doing a good job in transit records, filling the delivery receipt self -designed by our hospital carefully, strictly implementing the procedures of transport process of acute and critically ill patients.
