摘要
竖井是矿山生产的咽喉要道,也是事故易发的危险之地。常常因为人的不安全行为、提升设备的亚健康状态和管理上的疏漏,导致竖井提升事故的发生。在矿山提升运输系统的安全管理中,江西下垄钨业有限公司采用闭环管理模式。不断提高司乘人员、维修人员安全意识,从而保证了公司的长期安全生产。实践表明:竖井提升系统运行安全可靠,生产维护成本不高,故障率较低。
The shaft was the throat of the mine and an accident-prone zone.Because of the unsafe operation,the unreliable condition of the lifting equipment and management omission,production accidents of shaft lifting occur frequently.In the safety management of lifting system of the mine,the closed-loop management mode was adopted by Jiangxi xialong tungsten Co.Ltd.The results show that： the operation of the shaft hoisting system was safe and reliable,the cost of the production and maintenance was cheap,and the failure rate was low;Secondly,due to the improvement of safety consciousness of the operators in safe field,Jiangxi xialong tungsten Co.Ltd,its long-term safe production was ensured.
