摘要
目的观察玉屏异功汤联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法将120例反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予玉屏异功汤加阿奇霉素颗粒、阿奇霉素颗粒,均以14d为1个疗程。观察治疗后两组患者总有效率及治疗前后各组患者中医证候学评分,判断临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组总有效率分别为79.31%和51.79,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。在中医证候学评分面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论玉屏异功汤加阿奇霉素颗粒对反复呼吸道感染有较好的疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yupingyigong decoction combined with azithromycin in treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection（RRTI）. Methods 120 cases of RRTI were randomized into treatment group and control group, treated successively with Yupingyigong decoction combined with azithromycin, azithromycin. Observed in the two groups total efficiency of patients with evaluate the clinical effect, and Traditional Chinese Medicion（TCM） syndrome score after 14 days follow-up. Results After 14 days of treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group（79.31%） was obviously better than that of control group （51.79%） （P〈0.01）. TCM symptom score between treatment group and control group showed significant differences（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Yupingyigong decoction combined with azithromycin on childma with RRTI was satisfactory.
