摘要
目的研究复方苦荞麦方对2型糖尿病大鼠的治疗作用。方法观察各组动物血清中血糖、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂(PAI-1)的含量变化。结果复方苦荞麦方高、低剂量组治疗后血糖、TNF-α、PAI-1下降,其中TNF-α、PAI-1两项指标优于优降糖组。结论复方苦荞麦方具有降低血糖和改善胰岛素抵抗的作用。
Objective To study therapeutic effects ofFufangkuqianmai （FFKQM） on type2 diabetic rats. Methods Observed the changes of blood glucose, tumor necrosis factor-or （TNF-α） , plasminogen activator inhibitor （PAI-1） in serum between each group. Results The levels of blood glucose, TNF-α, PAI-1 decreased after treating FFKQM both in high-dose group and low-dose group, and the indexes of TNF〈t,PAI-1 were superior to the glybenzcyclamide group. Conclusion There are protective effects of reducing the blood glucose and improving insulin resistance for FFKQM.
