阿托伐他汀对经药物控制为轻度高血压老年患者的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨阿托伐他汀对经药物治疗血压控制为轻度高血压老年患者的血压控制效果。方法本院收治的400例服用降压药物后血压控制为轻度高血压的老年患者。随机分为A组(颈动脉B超显示有粥样斑块)和B组(组颈动脉B超显示无粥样斑块),每组200例。在一般治疗基础上,A组给予阿托伐他汀20 mg/d,每月监测血压;B组不服用他汀类药物,每月监测血压。治疗后评价2组临床疗效。所有患者随访2年,记录主要不良心血管事件及有无血压控制情况。观察2组治疗后的血压变化情况。结果 2组临床疗效及不良事件发生情况无显著差异。2组患者治疗2年后血压均较治疗9周时明显降低。治疗2年后,A组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)均明显低于B组。A组降压幅度明显大于B组。血压控制方面,A组的平均降压效果更佳。结论阿托伐他汀能使血压更易控制和稳定,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To discuss the effect of atorvastatin on controlling the blood pressure of elderly patients with mild hypertension controlled by drug therapy. Methods Four hundred pa- tients with mild hypertension controlled by drug therapy in our hospital were randomly divided into group A (with atheromatous plaque by B- ultrasound) and group B (without atheromatous plaque by B- ultromund), 200 for each. Atorvastatin was only given to group, A 20 mg/d, and blood pressure was detected every month for both groups. Clinical effects were evaluated, major adverse cardiac events were recorded after 2 - year follow - up and the changes of blood pressure was ob- served for both groups. Results Clinical effects and major adverse cardiac events showed no signifi- cant difference between two groups, whereas the bkx^d pressure decreased evidently in 2 years than in 9 weeks in both groups. Systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) in group A were remarkably lower than in group B, and they reduced more obviously in group A. Ad- ditionally, blood pressure was better controlled in group A with better average anti - hypertensive effect. Conclusion Atorvastatin can make hypertension more stable, and it is easy to be controlled, deserving to be widely promoted in clinic.
