摘要
本文基于对振动流化床冷渣器现场工业性实验数据的分析，得出了该种冷渣器内气固表现换热系数的经验准则式。另外，根据能量守恒，本文还推导出了该种冷渣器出口气体及炉渣温度的计算公式，可用于其设计和校核。
Based on the analysis of the industrial test date, a empirical relation on the gas-solid heat transfer coefficient in the vibrated fluidized bed ash cooler is rived in this paper. In addition, based on the energy conservation in the ash cooler, the formulas calculating the exit temperature of gas and ash slag are also derived, Which can be used to design and check this type of ash cooler.
