摘要
针对高速列车的被动安全性,基于大变形碰撞仿真理论,用PAM-CRASH进行碰撞仿真,用OptiStruct对车体端部防撞装置进行拓扑优化,从而完成防撞装置的轻量化设计.结果表明:在保证防撞装置结构稳定性的同时,最大撞击力减小23%,质量减轻33.6%,达到提高车辆被动安全性的目的.
As to the passive safety of high speed train, based on large deformation collision theory, the collision is simulated by PAM-CRASH, the topology optimization is performed on train body end anti- collision devices, and then the lightweight design is implemented on the devices. The results show that the stability of the anti-collision device structure is ensured while the maximum impact force is reduced by 23% and the mass is reduced by 33. 6%. The purpose of improving the passive safety of train is achieved.
