摘要
鉴于目前我国冷链物流人才缺乏,特别是掌握冷库操作及管理、冷链运输操作及管理、冷链配送操作及管理、冷链货物包装操作及管理、冷链物流信息处理等技术的高技能人才更是严重不足的现状,适应冷链物流发展,积极探索了如何培养高素质、高技能、高适应能力且满足市场需求的冷链物流人才的对策。
In this paper, in viewof the problems existing in the current cultivation of skilled cold-chain logistics talents in China and with the purpose to foster the development of the cold-chain logistics industry, we explored the countermeasures to cultivate cold-chain logistics talents with high quality, high skills, and high adaptability and who could meet the demand of the market.
