摘要
随着汽车行业的迅速发展,汽车零部件物流也越来越受到重视。在介绍安吉物流基本情况的基础上,通过对安吉物流公司与上汽大众合作的零部件配送项目相关数据的分析,找出了安吉零部件配送系统存在的问题,并针对其特点从零部件分布、短驳车辆调度和仓库调整三个方面提出了改进方案。
In this paper, on the basis of an introduction of the basic situation of the Anji Logistics, we analyzed the data on the cooperation of the company with Shanghai Volkswagen in the spare parts distribution project, located the issues existing in the distribution system and then proposed the plan of improvement on the aspects of spare parts allocation, short-distance distribution arrangement and warehouse adjustment.
