摘要
考虑了供应链中经销商自有资金不足的情况,研究了保兑仓模式下的供应链协调问题,分析建立在供应商、销售商及银行三方博弈基础上。研究发现:首先,在保兑仓供应链中加入激励机制,引入期权契约,发现期权契约在保兑仓供应链分散决策中,可以提高各参与主体的收益,进而提高供应链的协调性;其次,通过找到实现供应链利润在各成员企业之间的合理分配值,可以增强供应链的稳定性。该研究提供了新的视角,丰富了这一领域的研究内容,研究的结论也可作为企业进行供应链运作决策的重要依据。
In this paper, we first introduced an incentive mechanism and the options contract into the bonded warehouse supply chain and found that first under the distributed decision mode, the options contract could improve the benefit of the participants and in turn the coordination of the supply chain; second, by finding a reasonable ratio to divide the profit of the supply chain among its members we could improve the stability of the supply chain.
