摘要
以物流企业人力资源管理与企业绩效之间的关系为研究重点,利用结构方程模型对影响物流绩效的人力资源管理因素进行定量分析,找到他们之间可能存在的相关关系,使物流企业能够认识到可以从哪些方面着手来提高企业绩效,同时也为以后进行该方面的研究提供了一种新的方法和思路。
In this paper, with the relationship between the human resource management and performance management of logistics enterprises as the point in this study, we used the structural equation model to analyze quantitatively the factors in human resource management that influenced logistics performance, identified the relationship existing between them, and then provided some methods and ideas for future studies in this connection.
